Voters passed the Smoke-Free Indoor Air Workplaces and Public Places Ordinance on April 8, 2014. The ordinance has been in full force and effect since June 7, 2014. To report an air quality issue, such as off-site dust production (typically from a construction or commercial site), or to lodge an indoor air quality complaint, email the Health Department.
