Smoke-Free Ordinance - Passed April 8, 2014

Voters passed the Smoke-Free Indoor Air Workplaces and Public Places Ordinance on April 8, 2014. The ordinance has been in full force and effect since June 7, 2014. Information is available to help residents and businesses understand how this change affects them. Report an Issue

Environmental Health and Food Safety staff will investigate air quality or odor complaints as they are received. To report an air quality issue, such as off-site dust production (typically from a construction or commercial site), or to lodge an indoor air quality complaint, email the Health Department.
