Fit Club with Kelly is offered by Freudenthal Home-Based Healthcare every Monday afternoon from 1-2 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street. This exercise class is designed for persons with mobility and/or balance issues and those starting back into exercising after a long period of time. Most exercises are completed while seated in a chair with a few requiring standing (for those able). Cost of this class is $2 per person.
