Fit Club with Kelly is a mostly seated / some standing fitness class that uses exercise bands. This class is for beginners and those who are experiencing issues with balance, stamina, and mobility. Join Kelly Jarret, Freudenthal Home-Based Healthcare on Fridays from 1-2 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center. 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph MO for this fun and energizing class.
