Tai Chi is a wonderful graceful, gentle, low impact exercise where slow movement and stretches are preformed along with breathing techniques. The Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO, offers this class twice a week: Tuesday mornings from 9-10 am and Thursday afternoons for 2-3 pm.
