10th Street and Francis Street
Parade will start at City Hall (10th and Francis), proceed west on Francis to 8th Street, north on Jules Street, then east to Frederick back to the start. The three Grand Marshall's all served during WWII. Two of these heroes are 97 years old and one is 101 years old.
