Join Kat for a seated basic yoga class on Thursday's from 1-2 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501. This seated yoga class incorporates yoga movements and stretches, along with using exercise balls, yoga belts, and yoga bolsters to improve strength, flexibility, and balance while also strengthening your core muscles.
