Join Kat for a seated basic yoga class on Thursday's from 1-2 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501. This seated yoga class incorporates yoga movements and stretches, along with using exercise balls, yoga belts, and yoga bolsters to improve strength, flexibility, and balance while also strengthening your core muscles. Feel Better. Be in Control. There is something you can do! Living a Healthy Life is a free program designed to help participants gain confidence in their abilities to control disease symptoms. This program helps build skills to cope and manage chronic conditions. This 6-week program, developed by Stanford University, complements services provided by your health care provider.
