Walk with Ease is a regular walking program that focuses on improving your health. No matter your age or fitness level, this program will help connect you with other community members who want to walk. Walking with others is safe and also promotes better health and long-term success. This is a six-week walking program that meets twice a week from 2-3 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning April 18-May 23, 2023 at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501.
