Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center
Chinese Yoga, also known as Qi (Chi) Gong, is a different form of Yoga. During this hour long class you will sit and stand to perform Qi Gong moves, finishing with a calming meditation session. This class is for Beginner to Advanced level because all moves can be modified and there is no floor work, so no worries about getting up and down off the floor. This class meets every Tuesday from 1-2 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501. Cost is $4 per person, per session, payable to the instructor.
