This facility's projects would include replacement of the ice arena floor, ice arena refrigeration system, roof and insulation, outdoor basketball court surface and pickle ball court surface.

This facility's projects would include replacement of the floor ports, lighting and switchboard system, and roof. This project would also include $1,000,000 in matching funds.

This facility's projects would include replacement of the cove and ceiling lighting, fly system for the main curtain, marquee and roof.

This facility's projects would include replacement of the electrical service, shelter and support building, creation of a splash park, and replacement of the tennis court lighting.

This facility's projects would include replacement of the Aquatic Park lap pool, ball field lighting, horseshoe court lighting, tennis court lighting and renovation of the restroom and concession building.

This facility's projects would include replacement of equipment and rolling stock, replacement of the mechanic's building, parkway and park native plantings and construction of a storage space.

This facility's projects would include renovation of the the grandstand concrete, grandstand roof and press box, and grandstand seating. This project would also include $65,000 in matching funds for the scoreboard.

Remington Nature Center
This facility's projects would include replacement of the aquarium filtering system, beams, carpet and HVAC system.

This facility's projects would include replacement of the ball field lighting and renovation of the restroom and concession building.

Supplemental Projects
The tax is estimated to generate approximately $50 million therefore any revenue beyond the amount needed for the project list will be used for the supplemental projects.
- Bartlett Park: Replacement of the existing support ball field buildings. Project cost is $360,000.
- Bode Sports Complex: Renovation of existing spaces and construction of a new area on the south side of the building. This would include the restrooms, locker rooms, concession area, party rooms, offices, storage and customer service. Project cost is $3,400,000.
- Corby Grove: Construction of pickleball courts in the area of the tennis courts. Project cost is $360,000
- Horace Mann Building: Replacement of the existing HVAC system for the school building portion and renovations to the restrooms to make them ADA compliant. Project cost is $2,350,000.
- Hyde Park: Renovation of the basketball court, repurpose the horseshoe area for modern use and possibly rearranged the area. This project would also include Phase II of the aquatic project. Project cost is $3,525,000.
- Northside Complex: Field renovation, regrade, replacement of the sod, new fencing, new lighting and a new dugout. Project cost is $500,000.
- Patee Park: Renovation to the existing fountain. Project cost is $150,000.
- REC Center: A second new parking area in addition to the new parking allocated in the project list. Project cost is $250,000.
- Remington Nature Center: Construction of outdoor restrooms on the nature center grounds. Project cost is $330,000.
