ABCD Regional Planning Commission
This commission acts as an advisory body to the agencies of government in the Mo-Kan bistate planning area for the purpose of inaugurating, promoting and developing a comprehensive and continuing planning program for the area.

Administrative Violation Review Board
This board advises the city on the enforcement of property maintenance violations.

Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance
This board assists the City Council in identifying needs and surveying services for the physically disabled.

Aviation Board
This board serves solely in an advisory capacity to the mayor, the council, the director of public works and transportation, and the airport manager.

Community Police Advisory Committee
This committee serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council and the chief of police in matters regarding law enforcement and the administration of justice.

Downtown Review Board
The board shall review all proposals for exterior building changes.
