Developed in 2002, the Save Our Heritage Grant (SOHG) encourages investments in St. Joseph’s many historic districts. This is a matching fund grant where applicants shall provide a percentage of the total restoration project cost while the city provides the remaining. The SOHG funds are generally limited for use for external repairs and restoration. Individual grants are generally limited to less than $20,000.
