Deputy Mayor Randy Schultz

Randy Schultz was born and raised in St. Joseph. He attended Bishop LeBlond High School and Arizona State University. He is a project manager for The Waldinger Corporation. 

Randy serves on the board of the Pony Express Museum and is the Pumpkinfest Site Chair. He also serves on the IBC Board of Appeals for the City of St. Joseph, Missouri Western State University Foundation, Heartland Foundation Board, Albrecht Kemper Museum Board, United Way Allocation Committee, and St. Francis School Board President. Randy has been married to his wife, Michele, for 35 years and they have four children. 

Randy serves as the City Council representative to the Parks, Recreation & Civic Facilities department.
