The Teleserve Unit takes police reports from citizens who wish to report most non-violent crimes at the Law Enforcement Center by telephone or online. Teleserve personnel write a significant number of reports for the Police Department and handle many calls for service that would otherwise require a police officer to respond. With this service available to citizens, police officers are better able to respond to priority calls, in-progress crimes, and motor vehicle accidents.
Contact Teleserve if you need assistance with any of the following:
- Theft not in progress
- Property damage
- Vandalism
- Additional information for reports already reported to officers
- Identity theft (walk-in reports)
- Fraudulent use of debit/credit cards (use of cards not authorized by the victim)
