Operators or drivers of any truck, tractor, trailer, wagon or other vehicle having a licensed capacity in excess of 12,000 pounds, are permitted to operate such truck, tractor, trailer, wagon or other vehicle only upon the following streets, which streets must be properly identified and posted as truck routes. Signs will be posted at the bridge. Under no circumstances should any vehicle exceed these limits.
